August 2, 1969 — December 31, 2024
Brenda Gale Loveday was born on August 2, 1969, in Banning, California. At an early age, she moved to Lockhart, Texas where she grew up. She enjoyed painting, crafting, fishing, caring for animals and caring for the sick. Brenda worked as a security officer. She later moved to the Marble Falls / Lake Buchanan area where she acted as a first-aid support specialist with a local community organization, and spent a lot of her time helping care for her younger brother, Christopher. She frequently visited nursing homes with her parrot, Zazu, and she enjoyed spreading joy and love to the sick and elderly. Brenda was very generous and always wanted everyone to be happy and have fun. She could tell a good story and play a good prank.
Brenda was raised going to Pentecostal church with her grandparents, and had a close relationship with God her entire life. Later in her life, Brenda became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was the kind of person that would pray with a stranger.
Brenda is preceded in death by her grandparents Roy and Mary Loveday. She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother - Lorraine (Loveday) Cook, brother - Christopher Manley, and sister – Tina Farley. In addition, Brenda leaves a host of family and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Lockhart Municipal Burial Park at 1 pm
